Single Lens vs Double Lens – What’s the Difference?

This model supports both configurations:

Single Beam (One lens): Emits and detects a single infrared line. Suitable for standard residential gates or doors, offering basic obstruction detection.
Double Beam (Two lenses): Emits two synchronized beams that must both be interrupted to trigger the sensor. Ideal for high-traffic or commercial environments where false alarms must be minimized (e.g., leaves, sunlight, insects).

Both versions connect via dedicated ports, with a selector switch for output mode: NC (Normally Closed) or NO (Normally Open).
