This kit includes a 1200mm aluminium alloy top rail, which can be easily cut to accommodate any door panel up to 1200mm wide. Pre-engineered for versatility, it’s suitable for a range of opening widths, including:

Supports Heavy Timber Doors

• Suitable for wooden doors weighing up to 60kg
• Compatible with Timber door thicknesses from 32mm to 45mm

This makes it an ideal choice for both lightweight and solid-core doors in residential or commercial interiors.

Door Preparation Required

To install this kit, the door panel must be custom-prepared with:

• L-channel routed into the top for the top roller
• U-channel routed underneath to fit the bottom rail and floor rollers

Note: The baseboard and/or door frame must be removed before installation to achieve proper wall clearance and the full floating effect.
